Service for air conditioners We Supply, Install, Service & Repair Products such as Air Conditioners, Chillers, Cold Rooms, and Freezers deliver better performance if they are serviced regularly. If Air Conditioners are used in very dust or dirty environment, then we recommend service after every three (3) months. Air Conditioner service includes Cleaning of indoor unit as well as filters Checking and cleaning the outdoor and coil Checking gas pressure and refill if its low Checking that the unit if it performs both heating and cooling functions Please note that Air Conditioner servicing excludes replacing fault parts and repair of gas leaks.

Air conditioning Repair AC service offers a variety of options for clients when it comes to servicing and repairing their Air Conditioning equipment. your Air Conditioning machine, so that come summer you are able to cool your house without any need for Air Conditioning repair. Servicing your Air Conditioning system every year can help prevent the need for Air Conditioning repairs overall. Air Conditioning repairs can become costly if you do not successfully maintain and service your Air Conditioning system. AC services offers service plans for their customers which can be found here One last word of advice in regular air conditioning maintenance to consider is having your ducts properly sealed. When cooled air leaks from supply ducts, or when hot air creeps into return ducts, this can lead to wasted energy, and an overworked air conditioner.
Environment Friendly Refrigerant R22 To R410 There are two types of refrigerants used by air conditioning units and these are R22 and R410A. The continued use of these refrigerants is largely explained by the fact that they are environment friendly refrigerants and not likely to pose serious environmental risks like their other counterparts. The R22 refrigerant is generally an HCFC or single hydro chlorofluorocarbon compound. Besides its potential of causing ozone depletion being low, this refrigerant also has a low content of chlorine, which makes it a friendly compound to the environment. It was rumored that manufacturing of R22 would be stopped from the year 2010 and only recycled can be used. The R410 refrigerant is non- CFM which makes it environmentally friendlier compared to most of the other refrigerants. The best thing with using R410 is that even if it leaks and escapes your refrigerant, it doesn’t contribute to the depletion of the ozone layer. Ideally, R410 was manufactured to replace R22, which proved to be a threat to the environment and due to serious international concerns on the environment; R22 is expected to be phased out completely by 2020. Scientists discovered that R22, which was the most commonly used refrigerant in air conditioners, contributed greatly to the depletion of the ozone layer. R410 was passed for use during Montreal Protocol treaty as it was found not to contribute to depletion of the ozone layer. Unlike the alkyl halide refrigerants which largely comprise of chlorine and bromine, R410 only contains fluorine and doesn’t cause ozone layer depletion. For this reason, it is becoming used more widely by manufacturers who are keen to phase out refrigerants that deplete the ozone layer and contribute greatly to environmental pollution such as R-22. Despite this, R410 also has some issues as its global warming potential is considerably high.
