E ach unit will be provided Four routing services in a year, which will be done by Mechanic at appropriate intervals during the year. The routine servicing will cover the following…………………. Checking motor bushings. Ground Connections. Checking connections at the main plug. Cleaning of blower and condenser coils. Cleaning air filter. Cleaning the evaporator and condenser coils. Cleaning the equipment. Checking and tighten nuts & bolts. Checking cooling efficiency. Gas filling charges including in contract.
Service for air conditioners We Supply, Install, Service & Repair Products such as Air Conditioners, Chillers, Cold Rooms, and Freezers deliver better performance if they are serviced regularly. If Air Conditioners are used in very dust or dirty environment, then we recommend service after every three (3) months. Air Conditioner service includes Cleaning of indoor unit as well as filters Checking and cleaning the outdoor and coil Checking gas pressure and refill if its low Checking that the unit if it performs both heating and cooling functions Please note that Air Conditioner servicing excludes replacing fault parts and repair of gas leaks.
Indoor units Inspect and clean blower assembly (includes blower housing, blower wheel and motor) On older models, lubricate motor and inspect and replace fan belt if needed Inspect evaporator coil, drain pan and condensate drain lines. Clean as needed Inspect control box, associated controls, wiring and connections Clean or replace air filters
VRF outdoor units Inspect unit for proper refrigerant level and adjust if necessary Clean dirt, leaves and debris from inside cabinet Inspect base pan for restricted drain openings - remove obstructions as necessary Inspect coil and cabinet - clean as needed Inspect fan motor and fan blades for wear and damage - on older models lubricate as needed Inspect control box, associated controls/accessories, wiring and connections. Controls may include contractors, relays, circuit boards, capacitors, sump heat and other accessories. All control box and electrical parts should be checked for wear or damage. Inspect compressor and associated tubing for damage
